Go at your own pace. Your wallet will guide you through each step, and your recovery backup is the most important part to get right.

A FEW MINUTES ↗Install the official Trezor Suite when prompted, then create a new wallet. Choose a PIN on your device to add a layer of protection against unauthorized access.
KEEP YOUR PIN PRIVATE ↗Write down the recovery words in the exact order shown on your Trezor screen. Store them offline in a safe place. Never photograph, type, or share them.
YOUR MOST IMPORTANT STEP ↗Anyone who sees your recovery words can access your funds. Trezor will never ask you to enter them into a website, share them in a message, or give them to support staff. Keep the words offline and out of sight. If anything feels unexpected, pause and return to the official Trezor Start page by typing its address yourself.
Setting up a hardware wallet is a meaningful step, and it’s okay to slow down. Use official Trezor resources if you need help identifying your device, installing Suite, or understanding recovery backups. Always verify web addresses before connecting your wallet, and only download software from Trezor’s official site.
Visit Trezor Support ↗Security isn’t a setting you turn on once. It’s a few good habits you can keep.
